I decided to attend my coworker's spinning class that she teaches. According to sparkpeople, I burned a little over 700 calories in 50 minutes. I forgot my strap, and I need to get my battery fixed in my watch.
I wasn't very hungry today. I started getting really hungry around 2pm or so and ate my salad, but I was so busy I didn't think much about it.

1/2 large bell pepper: 21 (hello favorite new snack!)

I'm thinking about having another piece of fruit, maybe an apple to add 65 calories. Crazy, I'm not really even hungry much, but it seems like my calories are a little low.
