grilled chicken spedini (1/4 of my lunch, wasn't good..) 120 cals (480 for the whole thing)
Salad w dressing: 350
alfredo dipping sauce: 190

1 sheet seaweed: 45
1/2 banana: 50
1 tbsp pb: 100
skinny caramel macchiato: 140

Total: 1595!

I'm off to the GYM.


Update: I went to the gym and busted my butt and burned "370" calories per my new HRM.

30 mins on the elliptical, 15 on the arc trainer, and a few arm machines.. my arms are sore.
