So I'm a little disappointed in myself. I had planned to just hang out and drink water and have fun. I succumbed to peer pressure, lol.. but its ok, I just have to learn from the experience.
Today, I'm getting back on track. I can definitely feel how different I feel. My hands and feet feel swollen and achey.. My knee is hurting and I feel very tired.
On to the gym in a little bit, hopefully. My arm is in serious pain (I hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago).
