Warmup 10 minutes.

6 timed rounds of:

65 pound deadlifts 10 reps
modified pullups 10 reps
rope slaps 10 reps

  1. That WOD looks good. I've been trying to decide when to jump in with them. I just get the ones off the main crossfit site, not through any affiliate. I like the looks of this a lot, and it looks like something I could fit into my "I don't really want to work out but can't sit on my butt all day" lifestyle right now.
