I want to puke!

My friend had to change to Wednesday, so I did 15 minutes on the arc trainer to warm up, 5 minutes on the row machine and then a 4x4 wod:

25 lb kettlebell swings,
15 boxjumps,
15 sumo high pulls
15 abmat situps


I want to puke.
