Been so busy!!

Tuesday - Did a weight/squat/abs class,
Wednesday - elliptical for 10, spin for 30
Thursday - none
Friday - Spinning
Saturday - 7.5 mile hike!!! (Almost 1200 calories burned!)
Sunday - none, blisters and SORE
Monday - same!

I'm about recovered now. Also, last Wednesday, I joined Weightwatchers, and I'm down 3 pounds as of yesterday!
